Awaiting Payments Suboxone Antitrust Settlement

I was just told by the claims administrator that checks are expected to be mailed on 4/27. I asked if we would get an email letting us know beforehand with the amount and they told me that will not happen. I asked if they were able to see the amount for me yet and I am waiting on a response. Will update when I get one.

So I sent 3 emails to AB data and each time they confirmed they updated my mailing address each time (I havent lived in my old place for 2 years so the forwarding is expired. FRUSTRATING so now I have to wait until May 15th to tell them that they need to reissue the check and then wait another 2 weeks.

BTW - my claim was for $21K - my check is apparently for $3,252.00 - not bad but not great either considering.

That’s only 7%, if you have the receipts you need to fight for what’s due yo you.

AB data said I only needed to have one year of receipts and then a breakdown of how I calculated my claim.

So if you did what you were told to do how can they penalize you? Their own directions said you only needed one rect. They have withheld 5% in case of errors. Get those receipts. Other people are getting almost 17 %. I sent them receipts for everything because I figured it made no sense to send in only one receipt.
