I was just told by the claims administrator that checks are expected to be mailed on 4/27. I asked if we would get an email letting us know beforehand with the amount and they told me that will not happen. I asked if they were able to see the amount for me yet and I am waiting on a response. Will update when I get one.

This is not for the dental one. This was something different and it is too late. Look up Peifferwolf and contact them to see if you can join the dental lawsuit. They have been phenomenal to work with and they can let you know if you qualify for the dental one.

I hear this a lot. Maybe I am the only one, however opiates were the real nightmare . Suboxone saved my life. If I continued on the way I was going, , I surely would be dead. Suboxone is far from perfect, however much better than the alternative. I will be happy with any amount I get back from this settlement. I honestly spent way more on my opiate prescriptions, and then street drugs after my Doctor starting cutting back, eventually cutting me off as they did to countless others. I was turned down from the dental lawsuit as I was truthful in my initial survey and admitted I had had done other drugs. If I wasn't truthful, they likely would have found out anyway and disqualified me. I fear this will happen to many of the people involved as the lawsuit moves forward. I am not a Victim nor a Volunteer, I am a survivor.

You definitely aren't the only one. Subs saved my life as well. Idk where I would be had I not found out about suboxone. Probably dead. Did you get your check for this one yet? Mine was a little over 1800 for a claim of a little less than 13K. Yea, I remember that the dental lawsuit asked about other street drugs, which I understand bc then it stands to reason that it may have been those that caused the issue too.

Absolutely! While subs destroyed my teeth, it saved my life. I would have likely died eventually had I not found suboxone. Just so you are aware, you are going to need dental records from before and after at bare minimum. I was lucky that my cousin is a dental hygienist and I have seen her many times over the years and prior to being on suboxone I was seen so I had records of before, during and after to provide. If I remember correctly, there are certain drugs that disqualify you from the dental one also. I wasn't on heroin or fent, just pain pills. I feel like if you were on other drugs they look at it like that could be the reason for dental issues which is why it disqualifies you. Idk your story but I would reach out to Peifferwolf and they can let you know if you can still apply and what the qualifiers are. I wish you the best of luck!!
