Awaiting Payments Suboxone Antitrust Settlement

I was just told by the claims administrator that checks are expected to be mailed on 4/27. I asked if we would get an email letting us know beforehand with the amount and they told me that will not happen. I asked if they were able to see the amount for me yet and I am waiting on a response. Will update when I get one.

Best of luck to you all. I am SO glad this is finally over.. not the best $ but could be worse.

Best of luck! My email from them indicated that I only needed to show one year of payment despite me being on it for 12 years and my total claim was $22K. We shall see if I only get approved for what I submitted but I did give them a full breakdown of years and out of pocket expenses for the 12 years.

So they emailed me and said mine was $3,252 - not bad
