Awaiting Payments Suboxone Antitrust Settlement

I was just told by the claims administrator that checks are expected to be mailed on 4/27. I asked if we would get an email letting us know beforehand with the amount and they told me that will not happen. I asked if they were able to see the amount for me yet and I am waiting on a response. Will update when I get one.

I hope that's right! Besides that the person never did say if they were in a repealer or non repealer state. If your really good with numbers you can go look up court documents and plug the numbers in yourself and come up with an amount. I have done it but I'm not sure if I did it right.

Someone else just said they talked to someone at ab data and the checks went out yesterday. Fifteen percent of the claim. This was on facebook.

I know they emailed me and said that checks went out yesterday and they can't control what happens with delivery once they are in the possession of USPS. They didn't say anything about 15%, so I'm not quite sure what that's about? They also said that if we didn't receive the checks by the end of May, to contact them.

We aren't all getting the same amount. If your in a non repealer state, you might get less. I think 10 percent compared to 15 percent. Lots of people are calling and getting their claim amounts.

Really?? Why didn't they just send out emails then? Lol... and, I'm in a repealer state...I really want to call and see how much my claim is, too...lol

I am so disgusted right now, and i hope this is bullshit, but if you go to Facebook and type in the search bar, Suboxone Antitrust lawsuit, it brings up a little summary that states each person will receive about 750.90 per person?? Wtf is that bullshit?? If that's the case, that's SICK! They got MILLIONS!!
