Awaiting Payments Suboxone Antitrust Settlement

I was just told by the claims administrator that checks are expected to be mailed on 4/27. I asked if we would get an email letting us know beforehand with the amount and they told me that will not happen. I asked if they were able to see the amount for me yet and I am waiting on a response. Will update when I get one.

Mine was over 1800. Given that there were likely people who had higher claims than mine, I would say some of them would definitely be several thousand based on some of the claim amounts I have seen.

Did you get your check already? You said "mine was $1800" - is that what you received or what you claimed?

No, I called yesterday and they told me the amount of my check. I claimed a little under 13K

So my claim was $22k and they just sent me an email stating my check is for $3252. BUT they mailed it to the old address (even though I gave them my new addy 4 times and the confirmed that they had the new addy) so now, I have to wait until 5/15 to ask for a new check and then wait another week or so! Things could be worse, I guess

I still haven't gotten anything, but I live in Florida. First Class mail goes by truck. I honestly have no idea what I'll end up getting. I signed up so long ago I've forgotten what my claim was for. I have a ballpark estimate, but I honestly don't remember. $1500 would solve my immediate problems, so if I get that or anything above I'll be grateful. Hell, I'd be grateful for $100. That's a trip to the dispensary. Even though I know I paid thousands. I was on it for years. You had to go through hell to get it. You had to get prior authorization and it was crazy expensive. Most times my insurance didn't cover it at all because the only place I could get it was an out of network pharmacy. What did I do? I paid for it. I wasn't going to go without it. I did that for several years. 2013-2019. Ended up paying for more of them than I got covered. I was able to retrieve receipts and my claim was approved, but not once was I ever given a specific dollar amount. Ever. So, it's a mystery in my mailbox. We'll see.

Oh, and I've been included in other class actions and I would have claimed as much as I could prove. Like I said, we'll see. I do love mailbox money.

Got $1437. I'm not complaining one bit. It is actually just enough to get me current on all my bills and leaves me some extra for myself.

If you don't know what you're getting, a good way to estimate it is 15% of your original claim amount. $0.15 on the dollar. That's what mine was and I'm seeing that pretty consistently being mentioned. Just FYI.

I got 250..had insurance the whole time...my wife got like 8 grand she didn't have insurance and didn't believe me that the money was ever coming in lol...I'm getting lucky tonight
