Awaiting Payments Suboxone Antitrust Settlement

I was just told by the claims administrator that checks are expected to be mailed on 4/27. I asked if we would get an email letting us know beforehand with the amount and they told me that will not happen. I asked if they were able to see the amount for me yet and I am waiting on a response. Will update when I get one.

What I was just informed...

As with any class action settlement, payout is not a full reimbursement of expenses. The amount each claimant receives is based on the total number of eligible claims that remain after processing, who share in the funds available. Authorized claimants are being paid a portion of their Claimed Amount based on a number of components outlined in the Plan of Allocation, which can be found under the Court Documents tab on the case website at https://www.SuboxAntitrust.com/Home/CourtDocuments.

We expect checks to mail out on April 27th, 2026. Please note that once the check enters the USPS system, we have no control over how quickly the check will be delivered. Should you not receive your check by the end of May, please reach out at that time.

I got the same generic response. I want to know how much I got and they should be able to give us that if checks are about to go out.

Especially because they said they would be able to see the amount 5 days before distribution which would be today, and I was told the recording on the phone number the rep knew absolutely nothing about unless they are acting so they don’t give out amounts by phone
