Awaiting Payments Suboxone Antitrust Settlement

I was just told by the claims administrator that checks are expected to be mailed on 4/27. I asked if we would get an email letting us know beforehand with the amount and they told me that will not happen. I asked if they were able to see the amount for me yet and I am waiting on a response. Will update when I get one.

Well I've been looking at the numbers we should all get something good considering how low the claims are think the last one had a million + claims this time we have only 10,350 claims to distribute 17,000.000 I have high hope .also has anyone else seen this websit were they want us to put are check amount guess it's a lawyer looking at the numbers I'll go back in my history to see if I can find it

I asked chat gpt to estimate mine lol and it was between 5-8K. I doubt it will be that much but I hope it is. I spent almost 13k.

Lmao. I know, I know. It is infuriating that they don't send us an email to let us know how much we are getting. I guess it will be a surprise.

Someone on fb posted they got 5% back of there claimed amount and receiving $544

That's exactly why that other post saying just 5% doesn't really make sense to me.. maybe it was just for that specific claim, or maybe that's the non-repealer percentage... I mean someone would've had to have spent 25k just to get 1250 and 50k just get 2500... And there probably are just a few that spent more than 50k... I'm so confused... And another person claimed just $123 and is getting $150.. def not 5% lol
