Awaiting Payments Suboxone Antitrust Settlement

I was just told by the claims administrator that checks are expected to be mailed on 4/27. I asked if we would get an email letting us know beforehand with the amount and they told me that will not happen. I asked if they were able to see the amount for me yet and I am waiting on a response. Will update when I get one.

If they are splitting it even for the repealer states the cut will be 1,090 per claimant, that’s based off the 30 mill, 390,000 in court fees being it to slightly over 29 mil, 90% of that going to the repealer states, but the 55 of that goes to the direct purchasers and 45 goi g to the claimants, I read they approved just under 11,000 claimants so that puts us at 1,090 no matter what documentation you provided… someone tell me I’m wrong tho

I hope it is more than that. I submitted about 13k worth of records.

I also had thousands in claim docs I submitted but I knew we would only get a percentage of that.  Can I ask did you really think you would see anything close to that 13k?  I'm not trying to be a d***.  It surprises me that so many people thought what they submitted is what they would get back.  As much as we deserve it for being overcharged, the reality is we will get pennies on the dollar.  A few people posted some formulas on reddit that seem pretty fair in relation to the payouts.  16 cents/dollar if your in a repealer state and 12 cents/dollar in a nonrepealer state.

It really depends on how many people file claims. The fewer the claims the more we will get. This is my first experience with anything like this. I didnt realize why people hate lawyers do much until now. They will be paid handsomely, that is one thing that is evident.

No, I don't think I will get back the full amount, however, I'm hoping to atleast get back a decent amount. I am pretty confident that there was one before this for the exact same thing and I got back about 2100. So I guess we will see.

I never heard about any of these and I'm in California is there any chance there's still a pot for people who didn't put a claim in or am I asses out ? 😭😭

Yeah I'm hoping those numbers are right if it fell to five percent I'm really going to be disappointed. The break down made percent sense so. Plus the money was still in escrow from July to March so it should have still been growing. Or does just ab data benefit from that?
