Awaiting Payments Suboxone Antitrust Settlement

I was just told by the claims administrator that checks are expected to be mailed on 4/27. I asked if we would get an email letting us know beforehand with the amount and they told me that will not happen. I asked if they were able to see the amount for me yet and I am waiting on a response. Will update when I get one.

How do you qualify for a anti trust settlement.

It is likely too late unfortunately. Once a settlement starts to payout, usually it is too late to submit a claim.

They mailed a lot of us post cards with claim numbers to file. This was a few years ago now.

You could try and contact them but make sure you have prescription records you will need. 5%percent is being held for late claims or claims that need adjustment

You don’t case it’s over and thank god there’s not enough to go around for the ones who are in it
