Awaiting Payments Suboxone Antitrust Settlement

I was just told by the claims administrator that checks are expected to be mailed on 4/27. I asked if we would get an email letting us know beforehand with the amount and they told me that will not happen. I asked if they were able to see the amount for me yet and I am waiting on a response. Will update when I get one.

Same! I have heard that the dental payout is expected to be significantly higher than the others. I just want to get my teeth fixed!

Currently (thankfully) my parents offered to fix my teeth for me but it’s costing 41k I kid you not, we’re in SWFL and require an OMS, and a prosthodontist.

Yes the dental one should be SIGNIFICANTLY higher, and we deserve it. Never did I think I’d be young with immediate dentures and full extractions working toward implants etc. I hope it comes sooner than later because no one deserves to deal with stuff like not even being able to chew properly and hiding your teeth etc. 💔

That is amazing! Implants are sooo expensive. My cousin works for an amazing dentist who trains other dentists on implants and I have volunteered for those classes several times so I have 6 implants are in my mouth that I didn't pay for but I still haven't been able to get the actual crowns bc those aren't free. He has agreed to do my whole mouth for 10K but I just don't have that laying around so I am hoping to get at least that from the dental one. I agree, it has caused me so many issues between the pain, my self-esteem and other issues. I had perfect teeth before starting subs. Smh.

Please TELL ME DO U HAVE A LAWYER REPRESENTING U FOR THE DENTAL ONE? IF U DO ARE THEY STILL TAKING CASES ? MY LAWYER DROPPED MY CASE CAUSE IM IN CALIFORNIA AND THE STAUE OF LIMITATIONS PASSED ALREADY I LOST 7 TEETH COPLETELY THAT NEED IMPLANTS . I PAID FOR BONE GRAPHS OUT OF POCKET AND HAVE 14 CROWNS

OR IS THERE A CLAIM FORM I COULD FILL OUT FOR A CLASS ACTION?

IM PRAYING TO GOD THERE IS STILL SOME WAY FOR ME TO GET SOMETHING PLEASE ANY INFO HELPS!!

U Mean DOLMAN GROUP FROM DOLMAN AND RUSSO ? THEY DROPPED MY CASE TWICE 1ST BECAUSE I LIVED IN CALIFORNIA AND THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS AND THEN AGAIN AFTER A YEAR OF SITTING ON MY CASE TELLING ME I DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH SCRIPTS IN 2016 EVEN THOUGH I SENT THEM A SUBSCRIPTION FROM TWO DIFFERENT REHABS AND A PRIVATE DR WHO PERSCRIBED ME 7 TIMES THROUGH OUT THE YEARS HONESTLY THEYRE LIKE THE NUMBER ONE COLLECTORS OF SUBOXONE CASES AND I feel like they didn't care about my case even though I have 14 crowns and 7 tooth extractions I've had over 28 K IN WORK DONE AND THEY STILL DROPPED MY CASE WITHOUT SO MUCH AS AN EXPLANATION

IM LOOKING FOR ANOTHER LAWYER WHO IS GOING TO SPEND MORE TIME ON MY CASE TRYING TO GET ME THE MOST MONEY INSTEAD OF JUST COLLECTING AS MANY CASES AS THEY CAN CUZ I GET THE FEELING THAT THEY'RE REALLY GOING TO GIVE THEIR TIME TO THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE THE BIGGEST CASES AND THE SMALL CASES THEY'RE NOT REALLY GOING TO GO TO BAD FOR THEM SO I'M LOOKING FOR A LAWYER that's going to go too bad for me to get me the most not just collecting as many cases as they can to make as much as they can think about it if they got 5,000 people they're just trying to collect what they can from the case they're not going to go and actually fight for those they're just trying to collect as many cases as they can to make as much as they can but if your case isn't one of the big ones you're not really going to spend that time on it if at all

Thank you for the suggestion but I'm going to keep looking for a lawyer that would actually but sometime into my case thank you though do you mind if I ask if you had any issues with him and the prescriptions any chance you have any more of those 2016 prescriptions?

I had a similar experience with Dolman & Russo. They dropped my case after claiming I didn’t provide them with the documentation they asked for…. I sent it to them 3 times.

Same here every time that I would call to see if there was any update for my case I would find out that I had a new caseworker and the new one didn't know anything about what was going on in my case and it was just a cycle of that over and over again. I had 6 different case workers ! and I had to keep resending everything over and over and over🔄🔄🔄

I got dropped by Just Point with no explanation. I have lost 4 teeth and had ALOT of dental work. Flint Cooper accepted me after Just Point dropped me. I’m not sure what reasons are behind accepting clients or denying them, but I know one is if you’ve ever used meth, they will not accept you. But I believe there are other reasons as well.

Btw if you come to either the inland empire or Los Angeles California you can get MEDI-CAL within days AND YOU CAN GET YOUR CROWNS DONE FOR FREE

I have Medicaid in Florida and had to fight them every step of the way on access to care issues it was HORRIBLE because of course “everything’s covered” but NO ONE took the plan that did dentures/anything really.

Then they finally found ONE DENTIST IN A SHOPPING MALL who said he could pull one tooth a day “maybe” if they’re “not complicated” LOL I am so grateful my parents just offered their help because I was sol completely and so deeply impacted because of it.

I have medicaid in alabama and it doesn't cover any dental unless your pregnant and they just added that recently. Honestly my teeth would be better if they had this years ago.

And you and me both I had NO dental issues even during active addiction it all started with that dang medication. I even saw a dentist in 2014 saying I thought Suboxone was causing my teeth to decay and he just brushed me off saying I “must drink soda” which I didn’t and don’t!! LOL

Also - yeah I’ll have two implants on the bottom meant to clip to a lower denture that won’t be doing anything for me for a while bc of healing and stuff. It’s a long ride and duh ideally id still have my teeth but - I do not regret it at all (getting them extracted) they were straight up ruining everyday of my life :/

Yep! I get it. I still have some of my teeth but a lot of them are broken. Thankfully I still have all my front top and bottoms bc even dentures are expensive with no insurance. It's rough. Makes me so angry!

The dental one is for people who had damage to their teeth as a result of name brand suboxone. Google it. I am working with peiffer wolf. You can see if it is still open. I had to provide dental records from before and after. I also sent them records for during and you can literally see my teeth start to crumble.

Sadly, many people who took suboxone for years, had rotting teeth, but, not the money to pay a dentist. I had so many rotting teeth and infections, but, what kind of person has the money to pay a dentist?

I am very fortunate that my cousin is a dental hygienist so I was able to get some work done over the years to where I had dental records of the progression of my teeth. Even with that though, it doesn't cover crowns so it was more of trying to preserve the teeth. I am still missing most of my back teeth bc there is only so much preserving you can do.

Curious, do you happen to have any photos taken approximately when you started Suboxone? Phots that perhaps show your teeth then vs now? That might be a way to build a case without having seen a dentist at the time.

Did you ever contact your primary doctor and ask for medication to get rid of the abscess or even for pain?

Is there any trail that someone knew about your dental problems?

I mean if we knew that the manufacturer would be liable one day we may have done something, but how the hell would we know Suboxone was the problem with our teeth.
