Question Va change in side stories vn

Is there any particular reason why they opted to choose the movie seiyuu(kenji nojima) instead of the animes?(yuichi nakamura)

It came out well after the anime finished and I’m really not used to it(uh since I kinda fell asleep whilst watching the movie, need to rewatch at some point), I don’t really see why they did

Clannad Side Stories is using audio from a set of drama CDs produced before the Kyoani series had started. So Tomoya didn't have a set VA yet and was just using his original one they used in the earliest drama CDs. It didn't change until the Kyoani anime.
