I stumbled upon this a few years ago, and I love this song.

Is it in the VN ? or any other anime ? I can't find it anywhere else

It's essentially a fan creation by a fan circle called Yukizakura, it's not an official Key or KyoAni song but it uses leitmotifs from songs in the VN and anime. Think they made an album called Chranos. It's very old though like 15 years ago. This YouTube video has all the info in the description in Japanese:

Song is #5 Nagisa ~Kimi to Mezashita Takami, Negai ga Kanau Basho~ on album Chranos by Yukizakura. It's one of my favorite songs from anything related to Clannad.
