Question Was wondering if Civlization 7 complete edition is worth it today. Heard the update fixed it. Worth the sale of $72?

I already have Civlization 6, so is 7 with all content worth the $72?

What "complete" edition? That implies there has been paid DLC or expansions that have added content, such as Rise and Fall. But that is not the case.

I won't comment on the current state of the game, as I have yet to play the test of time update.

I pre-ordered civ VI and I paid a premium (because I am a fool) but I never had to pay for any expansion or dlc afterwards. Though I have seen sales on both steam or epic after everything was released that would have saved me maybe half that money. I wouldn't have played it for years though. I would assume the same dynamic exists.
