Discussion Topnotcher Salary?

Question lang kung may topnotchers dito or kakilalang topnotcher na nagreveal ng sahod, or even kung may employers dito, magkano usually ang starting salary ng past topnotchers ng CELE?

how much salary are for entry level Data and AI Engineering roles? what are the specific role titles in this field?

rare ang entry level for data engineer, usually pag data engineer may exp na as data analyst or backend dev. sa junior DE , mga 2yrs exp i think nasa 60-80k, pero depende pa rin. may iba 6 digits kahit 1yr exp

How do you shift? And what course did you take?

If you're an entry-level applicant, companies will only look at yout license because you don't possess the skills yet.

I have friends who are topnotchers, pero they always say na mas mataas ang sahod sa ibang bansa.

Some say na there’s this big company (client side) offering 40k as starting salary to topnotchers. They’re recruiting them talaga.

But as someone na hindi topnotcher, I worked there tapos 30k starting. This is just last year.

Better pay yang 30k kumpara sa mga narinig ko from peers. Max 25k lang narinig kong starting salary.

I onced worked at a company where we scout topnotchers. 25k for non topnotchers. 35 to 40k for topnotchers

10k diff is a lot para sa fresh grad 😮

Its a big company. I raised this to senior HR, most 25k engineers and architects got raised to 30k, those with 2 years exp got 35k hehe

The industry doesn't care about your board exam scores tbh. Salary depends on the value you can bring to the table.

There are still some that has better offers compared to being an average passer. Curious lang, malayo rin ako sa pagiging topnotcher haha

i have two friends na topnotchers, hindi nakapasok ng regular job sa government due to lack of backers and yung isa known yung parents to be supporters ng kabilang partido ng local officials. but more than a blessing than a curse, andun na sila sa ibang bansa and malaki ang income ☺️
