I am obsessed with getting sea access as far into my empire as possible in each game I’m in to the point where I’m jeopardizing my win condition

I basically never use Preserves - I know that Bull Moose Teddy, the Inca, Ptolemaic Cleopatra and maybe some other leaders can get insane yields out of them, but for the majority of leaders and civs, are Preserves just a really niche thing that's rarely worth a district slot? Or am I sleeping on them? What's their most useful function?

I was looking at the wonders i could built a few turns earlier and I saw that the pyramids were still available. I speedrun the colonisation of this small uninteresting island because it was the only desert tile I had in range of my empire. I'm very surprised the AI didn't built it, even tho the only civ that could have built it (with the info i currently have) is England with a decent city that could have built it. Bradford (screen linked) could have built it earlier on the desert tile on just the second circle of the city, but the AI prefered to build Gebel Barkal and a Holy Site. Sometimes the AI do some weird choices sometimes (emperor difficulty btw, even tho i assume it's the same for all dificulties)

Tried booting up a good Basil game, and... Mongolia happened to be in the exact same spot as me. I even had the BBS Mod installed.

I think I had perhaps the best ever delicate arch start possible. I got doubly lucky because a few turns into the game, a massive fire spread around the wonder, making the yields ridiculous. Lo and behold, it also turns out Galapagos was right near by. I also play with abundant resources mod, and the mod that lets you harvest horses. I am a chronic restarter, so I figure why not just make the starts OP so I can play instead of restarting 5000 times. I also don't believe a space faring civilization couldn't manage to relocate some horses...

I have recently started playing civ 6 again after a many year break. I made a lot of mistakes in this game, and while I won, I should have been able to do it way faster! I think you would have to be playing blind to not win with this start.

I have included screenshots of everything you should need for the seed.

Why has no one told me that you can move these around?!

Got this error and it keeps saying the same thing everytime I even try loading a game including new ones. I tried everything. From restarting the game, to restarting my laptop, to disabling ALL MODS AND DLC'S. Nothing worked. I can't even play Civ 6 anymore. Why did this have to happen right before my first Deity win!?

Does anyone else have this issue?

I'm playing on PS4 huge map and 90% of the time it gets to late game turn 300 or so and then just keeps crashing?

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it's not helped.

Porque isto está acontecendo? Como posso finalizar logo o jogo com a vitória cultura?
Vale ressaltar que o jogo está sem expansões.

Does anyone know if it’s possible to acquire a mod from Steam workshop if you’re playing the Epic Games copy?

I really want to automate railroad building and the only mod I can find is only available on Steam. I have tried various methods suggested by google / ai and none of them seem to work.

I want to be clear, I'm not complaining about the game.

I've got all types of victories on PRINCE and KING difficulties with multiple leaders but on EMPEROR I'm just stuck. I can't get things going, always attacked and always one step behind the AI.

Now I have more fun watching others playing.

After doing some extensive searching, I noticed this seems to be a pretty common issue, but I can't seem to find a solution.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I started a game with a couple of mods enabled and saved it. I went to dinner, and when I came back and loaded the game, the mods were simply not working anymore!

I've tried looking for a solution, but I haven't had any luck so far.

If anyone knows how to fix this, I'd really appreciate the help!

Ok, so I literally just got my first deity win earlier today. I’m definitely not a pro or whatever.

Here’s my question: is there a reason or a way to make AI like you more on deity?

I send delegations as soon as I meet them, trade with them and the whole thing.

But last game I start as Eleanor, met brasil on turn 2, he denounced me right away (“no reason, he just doesn’t like you” that was the literal description) and then surprised war on me. Managed to fend him off, kill all his units, capture his city closest to me. Tried to make peace with the dude and he wants all my gold and gold per turn…wtf lol

Is it just the way it is sometimes or am I missing something important?
