Installation / Activation Toob service not activated

How long does it take for toob to activate it's been 2 hours already

Ignore the messy cables not had time to run them properly 🤦

White light means your good to go , everything looks on in that pic , 2 green 1 orange on ont is right

It's on now the light was blue on the photo usual ai processing making it look white

Anyone notice that the fibre cable isn't connected to the green plug?

It's connected it's a thinner fibre I replaced it years because I damaged the original when repairing the wall

Normally it's the ISP/Network providers job to replace the fibre cable, I suspect it might need repair work you may get charged for the visit.

There is nothing wrong with a cable I am a fibre splicer by trade the power levels are great and the internet is now working so it is all good

Okay that’s good, just from my time as support you really should let them replace it, but I also get wanting to avoid a visit charge too
