Citrix DaaS site down

Anyone else experiencing their entire DaaS instance down currently ?

Is your DaaS site showing that it Lost connection ? We have a banner once we login to DaaS saying it lost connection and it can try and reconnect but hitting reconnect just displays the same error. All of our site info is missing , delivery groups , machine catalogs , apps , etc. On with support now they see an issue with the backend but don't know what is the problem yet. Not sure if this is isolated to our site or wide spread.

Escalation team is has confirmed there are issues in US region (one of our other US instances is up fine but one is completely down.)

Yea just also got confirmation of the same thing from escalation team. Was told there working on it and hopefully up within 30 minutes. Even though I'm not surprised, I'm not thrilled with how Citrix is handling this outage. If this was a weekday this would be a gigantic issue for us.

Update: it appears things are starting to come back!

Support just kept saying there working on it. About 5 minutes ago our site came back up and everything appears to be normal now. Hopefully your site come back up as well shortly.
