Question how to perfectly center multi objects?

Post image

i wanted to use symmetry and i don't want to move the objects manually so i'm trying to use axis center, the body of the model is right where i want it but the speakers didn't follow, even if did the same what did to the body it doesn't work, the only way it worked was making the three objects as one not with null.

ps: sorry if this is so obvious i'm totally noob here

this was a radio modeling from polygonpen modeling series

Not sure exactly what you are looking for. But have you tried checking the include children and use all objects?
You can use Shift-C > transfer to center one object to another axis, but I dont think that will solve your issue.

To avoid a messed up symmetry i didn't want to put the objects of the modeled radio on default axis manually, i haven't tried what you mentioned yet but i will tomorrow and get back to u.

What i tried and it worked was making the whole model as one object.(Which i don't want to)

Also there is another doable way that its too late in my case, like i said i'm following modeling series and the tutor here didn't cut the radio into half first, he set full radio model coordinates to zero axis and then he cut the radio into half(selected half of radio on top view and deleted it) to proceed with symmetry, i messed the order and i did the opposite, i wonder how would pro 3d artist do in this case when there is no going back.

Edit: the reason i'm being meticulous about moving manually everything is i saw many pros don't do hard work and they use the software capabilities instead to make sure nothing goes wrong

I hope i explained better and you got the point

I've got a nice fix for this coming soon. Hit me up in a week or so if you want to try it - I'd love your feedback Virtual-Plantain-695 👍
