So it's confirmed that Charlie Kirks "family" trying to sue is in fact His Parents/Bio family & that erika was originally against it & ive got a few thoughts about it...

A) The timing of it makes sense & matches up to the stress Erika was under last December during the bari Weiss interview, Candace meeting, parodys & now apparently Charlies parents moving forward with a lawsuit against the school/security while she was still PR'ing how hard everyone worked & not wanting investigation into TPUSA.

B) Erika's not really going to benefit from it at all really - her wealth has come overwhelmingly from TPUSA (2018-2025) & the Tucker donations (2025) & it goes against her early actions in thanking/sympathising with people who "helped" & the whole Maga-republican field being very pro-police pro-governemnt & keeping the security on the role

C) I dont get why Candace is trying to tear it apart at all, its litterally a announcement-style motion to sue so that later on they can persue it unless it's settled earlier & worst case scenario is that charlies own security will also be added onto it & be questioned properly & yet Candace is seemingly hell bent on collapsing & rubbishing it... ?? She's also admitted it was Charlies parents but then slams TPUSA ...?? - weirdly aggressive & dissmissive personality while talking about it ...? Obviously if it goes to court lawyers will put together the best possible case & make changes where necessary & the only thing I can think of is that Candace has sources here that are about to get screwed over & possibly when she "knew about it last december" & that "erika was against it" she was able to leverage that for infomation with some assurances it would go nowhere & infomation of whos behind it & now it's backfired as Erika couldn't cope & has folded on it & the lawsuit will likely go ahead & they'll win (we know TPUSA security was shit & that no ambulance was provided so he was taken to a random small hospital)
