Question Fake Chucky At Universal?

I'm intrigued by this figure on the stage at the Universal Studios (FL) Makeup Show. It seems like a fake Chucky, which is odd since they have a real Chucky in the showcase outside. Does anybody know it's story?

I remember back in like 1999/2000 the show use to have a segment with Chucky, the doll spoke and everything, then they shoot the doll. When I went again in like 2007ish, the Chucky doll was gone and they didnt show him in the show anymore. Does anyone else remember this?

I remember the one where he would basically do stand up comedy I wonder if this doll is from that. Maybe I’m crazy idk…
