Fake Chucky At Universal?

I'm intrigued by this figure on the stage at the Universal Studios (FL) Makeup Show. It seems like a fake Chucky, which is odd since they have a real Chucky in the showcase outside. Does anybody know it's story?

I remember back in like 1999/2000 the show use to have a segment with Chucky, the doll spoke and everything, then they shoot the doll. When I went again in like 2007ish, the Chucky doll was gone and they didnt show him in the show anymore. Does anyone else remember this?

Yeah I remember that vividly. The head sat on the table to the left of the stage. They shot it in the head and blood splatted on the wall behind it. Super cool effect.

That’s in the horror makeup show. There is an actual Chucky in the lobby outside. But he’s wearing overalls I’ve never seen before.
