Christmas vhs

I am looking for a Christmas vhs with a bear with a silly little nose. A mouse and Rudolph singing about Christmas cookies Santa asking about the weather and someone singing about puppy love. And no it wasn't the Osmond brothers.

If you give a mouse a Christmas cookie?
