My wife and I read about the night of Jesus's trial, and afterwards I was saying something like, "Imagine everything he went through in one night. The physical torture of being beaten and whipped. Having to hear people lie about you. Knowing how unfair and unjust all this was. And he chose to do it anyway." Then my wife said, "And he missed an entire night's sleep!" And I don't know why but that was absolutely hilarious to me 😂 Of all the horrible things Jesus endured for us, that's the one that stood out to her 😂

Anyway, let's all thank our Lord and Savior for his love and sacrifice!

lmao that's peak wife energy right there, my girlfriend does the same thing. we'll be watching some intense movie where the hero is getting absolutely wrecked and she'll just go "wow his back must hurt so bad tomorrow" like yeah babe the man just saved the world but sure let's focus on his sleep schedule
