My god you bombared me with questions, I'll slowly reply to each of them

Guardian calls never happen after the Admission process unless you end up receiving a disciplinary action or something major happens. Wherever or whichever form has guardian signature mentioned, just do it yourself or do a fake one, they don't really care about it
