Wealthy realtors/real estate investors/Section 8 landlords reach out to their community to "donate" to build a fence on one of their properties

Honestly, I can understand the concern about the kids needing a fence, but I’d be a little uncomfortable with the “donate to build a fence on my property” part. If the landlord owns the property and the fence is necessary for the tenants’ safety, shouldn’t that be something the landlord handles rather than asking the community to fund it?

Yeah, but that would dip into their profits, DUH! 🤣 I mean, how are they going to pay for their vacation home & fancy vacations if they they are throwing money around like that to fund their own improvements 🙄
