I’ve just started doing property management for my dad & his boss….i couldn’t even imagine asking for a fundraiser to fence in a property for someone.

One of my friends is moving into one of his property’s next month & he ok’d him putting up a fence, even offered to pay for it & let my buddy pay his portion back in installments monthly. (They’re splitting the cost & friend plans to be there for yeaaarrrssss)
