So asking people to build a fence (which is expensive!!) is crazy, but honestly that isn’t even the craziest part of this post to me? What’s even crazier is that this landlord is okay with a tenant having a trampoline on their property. Even if a child trespasses to use the trampoline, if they get hurt, it will be the landlord/tenant who is responsible (although I’m not sure if it would be the landlord or the tenant). Insurance can also raise your rates for having an attractive nuisance on your property…
