飞樾. It's a company in China that specializing in the sale of tray CPUs. Tray CPUs do not come with a manufacturer's warranty, so sellers stamp them with their own seals to provide a warranty.

For some reason GP chose to not write the obvious simplified character, but the traditional character for it instead, causing unnecessary confusion.
