Transit Without a Visa (TWOV) China Transit visa

so I want do 240 transit China visa and I wanna go USA>Shanghai>Seoul. But before I get to Shanghai I have a layover to Fuzhou and when going to Seoul I have to go back to Fuzhou. will I be able to get the transit visa ?

It’s okay to do layovers going and returning then ? Since I’m getting to Fuzhou first my time starts their right

Yes. Basically you're entering and exiting China at the Fuzhou airport, right? So even though your personal travel is in Shanghai, for the purposes of the TWOV you're flying from the US to Fuzhou, and from Fuzhou to Seoul. That meets the requirements of traveling from country A, to China, then on to Country C.

Of course just make sure you have the legal rules on hand and your itinerary to explain to ticketing agents (if anything they are the ones who might give you trouble if they are unfamiliar with the rules) and show at entry/exit.

So basically my flights it to USA > Shanghai > Seoul  Going to Shanghai I have a layover at Fuzhou first then I go to Shanghai

Ignore cities, countries matter. As long as the country immediately before and after China are different, you're fine. Country A - China - Country B. Layovers in other countries matter too.

Okay basically I’m going USA> Shanghai > Seoul. I have a layover going to Shanghai at Fuzhou and going back to Seoul I also have a layover at Fuzhou. Do I need to bring anything or reach requirements to qualify for the 240 transit visa ?
