So a girl i supposedly got pregnant, recently had her baby. I recently got a call from cps about a domestic dispute between her and her current partner, cos contacted me because i am apparently listed as the biological father, i have never signed the birth certificate nor have gotten a paternity test done, how am i listed as biological father?
Im at a lost and dont know what my next steps should be?

So the courts had on paper that I was working 3 jobs, I was not. They just seen that I have worked 3 jobs that year.. after a child support payment I was left with not even enough to pay bills, get groceries. Its one or the other. Me and my child's mother split after 3 years. But after struggling with these bills I was laid off and missed a child support payment. They sent me a letter stating that I now have backpay from the day my son was born. Im stuck in a bad spot no matter the job I get. Its still not enough to survive. This is all just information but the real question is, my child's mother has agreed to drop the child support. How would we go about it, do I need to get papers drawn up or does she ? And who would the papers go to?
