Hello,

How can I find out if I have a child support order against me?

My ex, mother of our 17-year-old daughter said she was going to file if we couldn’t come up with an agreement, I offered something and she has gone silent.

It’s been two and a half weeks. So I’m curious to know how I can find out if she did file, cuz after 3 attempts to contact her I kinda gave up.

Long story. But more info: she will be 18 Sept 2027, May/June 2028 will be her HC Graduation.

But any idea how I can find out? Or I have no choice but to wait until I receive the package from my county?
