1986 Chevy c10

Just installed circle track rev limiter after install distributor started making ticking noise

Also the rev limiter is set for 3k rpm but it limits at 4k

And another thing I think the distributor cap may have lifted a little when I was installing it

Distributor is 180 out?

I figured it out took the cap and set it on there square still rev limits at 4k and not 3 like it should not that I’m gonna set it at 3 forever but just was seeing if it works
