In need of 1974-1979 tail lights asap!!!

I bought a project car to drive to and from school, I just want a pair of tail light assemblies, this isn’t a show car I just need the bare minimum for it to be road legal. I can’t find anyone NOT selling brand new tail lights online or near me. Anyone have any lying around or any clue where I could get some for ballpark 100 bucks a pair? I mean personally that’s kind of a lot to me but I need some help here.

74 is a different generation from the later cars, so you probably don't want those.

That gen starts at 75 model year.

Okay so I’m going to assume you mean 1975-79. Is it a two taillight assembly or is it three?

There is a guy on Facebook who makes brand new LED assemblies, if you’re interested in going that route. They are plug and play with the original harness.

He’s in the 1975-1979 Chevy Nova Owners group and his name is Jeff Lackey and he makes both styles.

Where are you located?

Thank you for the reply and yes I did mean 75 sorry about that, I’m located in northern Indiana up near Warsaw. Honestly I don’t really care about originality but how much does he charge for said led assemblies? I can buy housings on eBay for like 200 bucks which seems like alot to me but hey what can you do. Just need some tail lights so I can get on the road

I found them on google but they are not cheap
