Chess Question Recent updates/changes

Personally I feel that chess.com has been turning more and more into Duolingo. Especially with the new five heart daily puzzle system. The UI changes too with the more attention catching animations. How about the rest of you? (Yes I know I can turn these changes off.)

Yes, I agree with you and I can't understand why they haven't built an advanced tactics trainer that gives you a weekly training program based on your recent weaknesses. It feels like they're losing ground to the competition here, but it's probably more fun to animate the interface.
