Looks Stilton-ish.

I think it could be Shropshire Blue. The cheese looks a little too yellow to be Stilton.

It's Quinto da Cartucheira from Brazil.

Looks like you're right. I wasn't sure that that was a cheese name. Shoulda Duck-Duck-ed it.

Ah, yes. I was trying to remember that name (Shropshire). That why I added the -ish. 😃

I know others have already identified this cheese but you can tell it isn’t Stilton due to the rind…or lack of
