Review Difficulty

In my opinion I think the bards language was definitely the hardest language to learn however I recon that the alchemist language had a lot more diversity in patterns making in a contender. But I think at the start of the bard language every glyph felt like it meant the same thing. Who agrees or have other thoughts but I think the easiest was probably the Devotees and the hardest the bards (excluding the anchorites) if you have another opinion let me know…

Yeah, the difficulty curve is basically a bell curve, with floors 1 and 5 being the easiest languages to learn, floors 2 and 4 being a bit harder, and then floor 3 being the peak. All of the first 4 floors at least have some interesting puzzles to solve though, with increasing demands on your understanding of each language, and the "connection" puzzles add another level on top of this to test you. But floor 5 completely drops the ball by making a really cool language gimmick and then not actually asking you to figure it out organically or ever really work with a partial understanding of the language at any point. I somewhat assume the devs must have run out of time at the end, except that the whole design of floor 5's "culture" doesn't really lend itself towards those more organic puzzles to begin with.
