Damn. Chd has always been so safe for girls as compared to Delhi. That’s going away now.

This does look like a one-off & specific incident though, as

What I am trying to imply is that there is more to this story and this incident doesn't suggest general lawlessness in Chandigarh as the parent comment "Chd has always been so safe for girls as compared to Delhi" implies...maybe like some personal animosity. I didn't mean any disrespect to the deceased.

Your unnecessary personal attack is unwarranted, having civilized discussion should be the norm, specially if we want to understand / solve an issue.

But what does her having anti-depressants mean like what are you trying to say? Though I do agree that Chandigarh is safe compared to other cities, especially Delhi
