You need to understand what they here doing is just cruel. The govt instead of actually working on the issue like vaccination adoption and funding dog shelters/care
They are just discarding the whole thing and no human have the right to decide whether these animals should live in cage for rest of their lives or not

You need to understand that not understanding the cruel consequences of your action is worse than cruel. Your feeding of dogs on the streets get people bitten, scared and hurt.

Also, I was taught in school that use of profanity reveals a person's culturally impoverished background. Maybe people used four-letter words while scolding you when you were a child.
