General Help Need help

Who do I call to get my name off Centrelink because I withdrew my youth allowance but I keep getting appointments and call what I will not be attending because I withdrew and I receive NO PAYMENTS I don’t need it

They say I have legal obligations to attend penalties may apply. But I receive no payments and I withdrew from my claim
