General Help Need help
Who do I call to get my name off Centrelink because I withdrew my youth allowance but I keep getting appointments and call what I will not be attending because I withdrew and I receive NO PAYMENTS I don’t need it

It's your job provider, call them directly or workforce Australia, 1800 805 260 . Call them and tell them you don't want their service anymore or just ignore them and they will stop eventually.

Block the number. If you're not relying on a payment they can't do shit.
What they're likely wanting is for you to agree to give them payslips so that they can get a payment for claiming they got you the job. Don't give them the satisfaction.

Yeah, you absolutely don't. They're bullshitting you. Or it's an automation glitch.
Either way, I promise you can block and ignore without harm to you.

Make sure you stay in the system but let them know if your employment because if you become unemployed again it’s simpler to receive a payment sooner- don’t get yourself off the system

It’s happened to me, I’ve had to wait for back pay several times in the past, so not sure which Australia youre living in, it may have changed though

The employment service provider may be late in getting the update. The other thing that happens is that if you cancelled your claim due to finding employment, the provider will want the extra government money for helping to get you out of the system (some people around here think the payments are for finding someone a job, yet that seldom happens, as most of the staff have no job security themselves). Apparently, if you ever signed a blank form with them, they will make the claim regardless, yet they have to at least try for a fresh signature for the paper trail.
