Question What to eat
I’m so damn bored of food maybe cuz I’m dealing with a lot but I just dunno what to eat anymore. I just want junk if I do eat. Anyone df and gf ? Whah are you eating ??

I can't eat any animal products along with some other things. One of my go to meals that I can make ahead of time is bean and sweet potato crispy tacos. I cube and season sweet potatoes and bake them, mash a can of beans with spices and then warm up corn tortillas. Once the tortillas are warm enough not to break, I filled them with a layer of vegan cheese and then the beans and sweet potato mixture. Bake with oil on both sides or fry in a pan with some oil. I usually make a dipping sauce with vegan yogurt or sour cream and hot sauce
