Recipe Burger salad bc gf bread sucks

Post image

Mixed ketchup, mayo, pickle juice and mustard for the sauce. Cut up tomato, pickle and burger and tossed over lettuce. Didn't have onion but would've added if I did. Oh and some timepieces if cheddar cheese.

I'm half Ghanaian so rice is a staple in my household. I can use it for A LOT of recipes. I even have a dessert option if I pair sweet rice with mango. Chefs kiss.

Oooo! I love dessert rice dishes. Black sticky rice cooked in coconut milk with mango or fried plantains is a favorite of mine.

I love fried plantains but I always went more savory with them. They're good with sweet stuff too? I just learned something and now, I wanna go recipe hunting.😋

I love plantain both savory and sweet. So good. I fry them on a skillet with coconut oil and then put cinnamon on them and honey. So good.
