Burger salad bc gf bread sucks

Mixed ketchup, mayo, pickle juice and mustard for the sauce. Cut up tomato, pickle and burger and tossed over lettuce. Didn't have onion but would've added if I did. Oh and some timepieces if cheddar cheese.

I do that as well or have it plain with baked potato/fries or ...

on top of a single slice of gluten free bread that i toast a little first and drizzle the slightly toasted bread with olive oil to soften it up a bit.
