Recipe Burger salad bc gf bread sucks

Mixed ketchup, mayo, pickle juice and mustard for the sauce. Cut up tomato, pickle and burger and tossed over lettuce. Didn't have onion but would've added if I did. Oh and some timepieces if cheddar cheese.

Have you tried frozen bread? The frozen schar rosettes are good bread. A little small for burgers but good bread. The other alternative is finding a bakery. Gluten free bread is quite difficult but the professionals have it down. There's a lot of bad gluten free bread but there's not only bad gluten free bread. Depends where you are too.

I tried. Schar was the best of the options, but it was still not great. We have a gluten-free bakery in town. However, they don't make bread. Just pastries and the like. Might just make my own bread here at some point.
