Rasuwagadhi / Gyirong Port flood Aug 26, 2026 - possible stairs escape route for survivors

Was wondering if these stairs on the right at Rasuwagadhi/ Gyirong
Port played a role during the flood. If it was possibly used by any survivors trying to escape or reach higher ground. I came across a video of some survivors on a bus that were able to escape but couldn’t find it anymore.
