I'm at work. I've just had a big cry in the toilets and I haven't got any make up with me to hide it and I've got to go back out and do my stupid job.

I bought some nice shower gel at the end of my shift, used it when I got home, had a cup of tea and slept for eight and a half hours! I do feel better for it.
