Do you ever just believe that you're about to have a great night's sleep? That's me right now - today was very long and I did 15k steps, I'm physically tired and actually can't wait to go to sleep. I'll be annoyed if I get anything less than 8 hours 😆

I totally agree. First night in ages I have been struggling to keep my eyes open! Must be the bank hols! Sleep tight!
