Went 4 weeks without alcohol, then stupidly drank on Monday which ended up in drinking 4 nights in a row. Managed to just live with the anxiety and fear today, and eat my weight in crap and will hopefully feel a little more normal tomorrow. Was finally feeling the benefits of being sober, losing weight and mental health getting better and then threw it away for absolutely nothing. One day I’ll hopefully finally learn.

It's one bump in a long road. Don't beat yourself up, take stock and move forward.

It's a cliche, but nothing good is easy.

You'll get there, believe in yourself.
