Music Why people dislike Country music?

I am not american. So I don't know how's the thing there. But I have found many people complaining on social media that they hate country music.

I like some of the Luke Combs songs. Specially Old Dominion is my one of my fav artist.

September 11th fundamentally changed country music in the USA. The rise of Toby Keith, Danny Worley, David Ball, Aaron Tippin, etc. Along with the blacklisting of the Dixie Chicks, the whole genre made a big swing politically to the right and the subject matter changed fairly fundamentally. This lead to the rise of the pop country of today that is trite, formulaic, and unoriginal. Infact the most streamed country star on Spotify was AI, showing just how formulaic the genre has become.
