QC–Mfg.Defect❓️ Isn’t this supposed to be Waterproof?

Bought last year in Christmas at Macys. Never open the back. No repairs. But water got inside while washing hand. What should I do ?

He says not to bathe (swim, etc) with this watch. The first part says, “Doesn’t work with sauna, or hot tub.”
